Shipping & Delivery Information

Dispatch Times

  • Standard Items: Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days after receipt of payment.

  • Tubular Manifolds: These are made to order and have an approximate lead time of 6 weeks. Please email us for exact timeframes.

Delivery Services

We use a range of trusted couriers for shipping, including:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • UPS (24-hour and 48-hour services available, depending on weight)

Note: A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be held at your local post office or delivery depot for collection.

Packaging & Insurance

  • All items are securely packaged in appropriately sized boxes to ensure protection during transit.

  • Every shipment is insured against loss or damage.

If your item is lost or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can initiate a claim.

International Orders

  • Shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or taxes, depending on your country’s laws.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of and pay any such fees.

Important: If customs charges are refused and the item is returned to us, we reserve the right to refund your order minus return shipping costs and/or applicable administrative fees.
